Reliable foot activated hydraulic pump provides smooth lift and tilt. Front has 7-3/4" retaining lip which secures load during tilt. Hand operated release valve lowers load smoothly. Slip-resistant handle grip and pedal surfaces. Rolls easily on 2 swivel (with brakes), 2 rigid 5" polyurethane casters. Scratch-resistant powder coat finish.
