Most of our products (unless noted otherwise on the product copy) within 30 days of purchase are refundable. Simply contact Customer Care at 877-659-1789 to receive full credit. When you contact Customer Care to arrange for your return, a return address will be provided for your use.
Please note that refunds are for the cost of the products only - return shipping charges are not refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges and making any return shipment arrangements.
Keep in mind that the products returned after 30 days of purchase or without pre-authorization through Customer Care are subject to a minimum 25% re-stocking fee.
All returns must be shipped in resalable condition in the original packaging, and are subject to inspection for damage or use prior to issuance of a credit or refund. Refunds will be credited following the receipt of the product.
Certain Products are Non-Returnable and/or Non-Cancelable
Once you place an order for custom-cut, customer built or special order items (such as matting, slings, cranes, prefab offices, buildings, mezzanines, assembled lockers and regularly stocked items such as generators, pressure washers, water and trash pumps, snow throwers, radio headsets, striping paint, line stripers, floor care machines, vacuums, custom fabric chairs, forklifts) your order is considered non-cancelable and any custom-cut, customer built or special order items purchased by you are also non-returnable.
