Better Packages Manual Kraft Tape Dispenser BP333 Plus with Heater. This dispenser has hardened blades to cut tape cleanly and two water brushes for uniform wetting. Steel side frame protects mechanism. Easy pull handle dispenses up to 30" lengths; repeat strokes provide longer lengths. Uses paper or reinforced tape 1-1/2 to 3" wide. Heater allows water to penetrate and activate heavier glues faster and more effectively.
