Steel Underbody Tool Box is made from durable 14-gauge stainless steel with a mil finish. This durable box is designed to mount securely beneath your vehicle to provide extra storage that's easy to access. A rain channel design diverts water, while a locking stainless steel T-hatch ensures the security of your tools (note: the 48-inch box has two latches).This tool box has a recessed/beveled door made from 14-gauge bright annealed stainless steel with a mirror finish. It also features a stainless steel continuous hinge, which is watertight and rustproof. A reinforced backbone strengthens the integrity of the door and protects the latch mechanism. A 1/2-inch automotive-style door gasket provides an extra-strong seal, while cables ensure a smooth and easy opening. No surface bolts or weld marks are present on the door, which is fully replaceable.
