10" deep black polyethylene plastic 2-wheeled tool case, 40" retractable telescoping handle, red aluminum tongue-and-groove gasketed frame to resist moisture & dirt, 2 butterfly latches, padlock loops, spring-loaded handle, vertical ribbing for added strength, unique V-hinge top pallet and bottom pallet to hold more than 50 tools, document pouch in lid, additional storage under bottom pallet, base is foam filled, includes 3-digit TSA lock. Features: High Density Polyethylene plastic - 25% stronger than our regular case plastic - 8 protective external bumpers. Resists chemicals and has operating temperature range of -40 to +185° F. Top V-hinged pallet (2 pieces) and bottom pallet hold more than 50 tools. Replacement PN 95-8768D. 2-position strap holds top pallets in position. Padlock loops accept INCLUDED 3-digit TSA combination lock. Lock PN 61-6147. Two red 3" in-line wheels (Replacement PN 09-8802); 42" telescoping handle (Replacement PN 51-5122). Two low-profile spring-loaded handles & two quarter-turn military-style latches. Standoff bumper and exterior D-ring for spring cord. Plenty of room in base for tools, meters or spare parts. Foam included in the base. Replacement foam PN 21-3748, 1.5" plank foam. Accepts 2 pieces. Tongue-and-groove frame positively locates base and lid together and resists dirt and moisture..
