Assembles easily. This Hand Truck is designed to safely transport 12" diameter Oxygen, Acetylene, Nitrogen and other Gas Cylinder Tanks. The innovative "tilt-back" design uses 4 wheels for greater stability and less operator effort. Safety chains are included to secure the Cylinder to the truck. All-welded tubular steel ensures years of service. Rolls smoothly on two 8" solid rubber wheels and two 3" solid rubber swivel casters.
