Includes 110V AC battery charger and charging indicator. Stacker moves easily on 13" rubber wheels and two 2-1/2" swivel front casters. Locks into position using an integral hand brake and 10" dual disc brakes on rear wheels. UL and CE certified. Pail Lifter accommodates (3) 5 Gallon Pails. Hook Height is adjustable from 3"H to 34"H from the top of the Forks.
